This auction is for one 50h.p. 1997 U.S. Electrical Motors(a division of Emerson Electric Company. St. Louis, MO) and a Peerless Centrifugal In-Line Fire Pump. I will give you the specs on both units further down. First of all, this pump was installed in our church(Quentin Road Bible Baptist Church, Lake Zurich, IL 60047) back in 1997. Pump was used for our sprinkler fire suppression system which actually used water from our swimming pool(bromine) The pump is seized. There is some rust on the shaft of the motor. Motor has been tested once each year and I have no reason to doubt that the motor works fine. Pump either needs to be rebuilt or replaced.
