Magnetek Century E-plus 6-349109-03 AC Motor For sale- a Magnetek Century E-plus AC Motor. Part number 6-349109-03. I have no idea what the significance(if any) of the part number is. But it is a 25HP 230/460VAC 3 Phase motor. There are more than several Magnetek 25HP motors listed. But most of them turn at 1700ish RPM. This one is rated at 3510 RPM. I am guessing that if you need one that runs at 3510 RPM that it doesn’t matter how cheap you find one running at half that speed. Physical condition is pretty good other than some oxidation on the shaft as you can see. There is a hang tag on it that says to store in the basement. I guess the basement wasn’t the least humid place to keep it. The shaft spins freely by hand and does not feel like it has any bearing issues. The surplus condition code would theoretically indicate it should be functional. ... moreAnd I don’t think the agency involved would bother to store a burnt out electric motor. So while I cannot test the motor or guarantee that it works I think there is a pretty good chance that it will. But it is sold untested and NO warranty is offered. However.
