I took it to United Electric in Seattle. A local shop that specializes in Industrial motors and generators. They put it through several tests and found that it ran perfectly. I have an invoice that details the tests and results.The retail price of this motor is $10,600. There is an added Shaft Grounding System that is designed to help protect the bearings and that retails for over $1200. The shaft diameter is 2 5/16 inches.
