This is a pair of Utica Hex Torque Drivers. These are torque limiting screwdrivers that will accept any standard 1/4" hex bit to operate as a screwdriver. Both appear to be in good condition. The movements seem to be OK. I can adjust the torque and feel the click when the thresholds are reached. Calibration is not guaranteed. The calibration appears to be adjustable using the hex-screw at the top of the shaft. The TS-100 screw is uncovered, the TS-35 is covered.
