This is a Von Arx needle scaler made in Switzerland. It works really well and does a good job. I am getting rid of it because I have only used it once in the last three years. I have kept air tool oil in it and triggered it on the work bench to make sure it was ok. The time I used it was a large job that was all stick welding and it was used to clean the grooves out.
