Up for bids is an ARO/IR 8316 Scraper/ Scaler. This tool looks new but I can't confirm that and I don't have the original packaging so I'm saying it's used. From the general condition and the way it runs it is obvious that this tool has seen very little work time. It is very strong and has a very fast stroke with v ery little vibration. Takes the shock of the chisel well which makes it easy on tired arms. Well balanced and not too heavy. Sounds nice and tight; no air blow by. It has a hanging ring on the rear. No scratches. Nicks or damage of any kind on this tool. Clean as a pin. Retaining nut and ferrule are perfect. Inlet port air threads are fine. Included also are three chisels.
