The rims say“MADE IN THE USA” and“WELDED AND MACHINED” The front rim is marked E.R.D. 610 and the rear rim is marked E.R.D. 603. The front hub is marked“SHIMANO TIAGRA HB-4400” and the rear hub is marked“SHIMANO TIAGRA FH-4400” The rear hub does not have the gear cassette. But you should be able to purchase a replacement. There are also a few dings and scratches. But nothing that effects the functionality of them. The rear rim is 3/4’ wide and the front rim is 11/16” wide. Both rims have the quick release skewers. I am not sure what size these are. But I took some measurements that hopefully will give you some idea. I ran a piece of string around the inside of each rim ... moreand it measured approximately 77" for each rim.
