Antique European Vibraphone co. Silver Hearing Aids A highly collectable hard to find pair of silver hearing aids made in england by'European Vibraphone Co. This set has its original silk lined box with makerings inside lid. From my limited knowledge these hearing aids were patented by Charles Fensky and made from 1925 to 1935. They were made of silver and silver plated materials. There are no markings indicating this pair is made of silver or not. One is marked"Patent no. 44-1930" and"R 1" the other is marked" Vibraphone Made in England" and"L 2" They are slightly different sizes. Probably custom made to fit someones ears. One is approx. 18mm long and the other 21 mm long. All pieces to this set are in excellent condition. A fine addition to your medical/scientific collection.
