Here is a hydraulic loading dock made by Kelley Atlantic LTD that works perfect and looks super great. Its model AHP-68-6. This goes up 58" and the deck is 66" wide and 8 ft long. It just had a fresh paint job. This has both motors with it, one is for single phase and the other is for 3 phase. The single phase motor is on it right now. 220 Volt. This equipment is very handy for loading things into trucks. I have had many semi trucks back up to this, and load. This will handle up to 6000 Lbs. and it is made to be movable on a cement floor with the included handle as there is wheels under it.
