Teloscoping Knee Carpet Kicker Installer Tool Pit Bull Brand. Only issues is that the protective cover is chipped in one place and doesn't stay on. But that doesn't affect the operation of the tool. It was that way when I bought it. Only other issue is the box is worn and one end flap is gone. Also not an operational issue. Look at the photos. It's taking up space and I don't need it any more.
