Used SICO Portable Oak Parquet Floor with Cart Included are 19 squares each 3 feet by 3 feet or nine square feet giving a total of 171 square feet of flooring. Also included is the heavy-duty cart for easy transport and storage(the cart alone sells for over $500 new) The floor shows multiple scuffs. Scratches, and wear but it’s a high quality floor with lots of life left in it. May be set up in multiple configurations. The“industry standard” for portable flooring. Check out the specs and further info here- A comparable floor would cost a few grand new. Buy this floor for about cost of renting! This floor came out of the Chicago Hyatt Regency. It is well used but also decently maintained. It is functional as is but would be beautiful refinished. The aluminum edges may require a bit of hammering/re-bending in places(see pix) A couple screws ... moremay be missing(it’s hard to tell) but are easily replaced. No trim strips included. If desired. This is a well made dance floor that this consignor made himself because he wanted to have a floor he could practice tap dancing. There are two 4 by 8 sections to it and they are mounted on a metal frame for sturdiness. 3/4" plywood on the frame and 3/4 inch oak tongue and grove flooring on top of that. $500 in materials alone. The two sections are joined together with a locking mechanism that is simple and efficient. Heck of a buy at this price. Shipping is the issue. Vinyl dance floor by Events Express. There are 49 3' x 4' panels. Enough to build a 24x24 floor with a panel to spare, a 28x21 floor, or two 16x18 floors with a panel to spare. There is plenty of trim for two floors. The first picture in the listing is a 16x18. The second is where the vinyl was temporarily removed and replaced with red acrylic for a custom floor. See below for details. I special-ordered this floor with a couple of improvements over the manufacturer's standard floor. The plywood substrate is furniture-grade Birch for better dimensional stability. And both the top and bottom surfaces of the plywood were coated with polyurethane. Panel thickness is 7/8 inch. With the 3/4" plywood, and a 1/8" thick sheet of RoscoTile, which is a professional dance floor surface. The aluminum threshold trim is anodized, as ... moreare the individual panel frames. The high-gloss appearance of the floor can be maintained with standard vinyl floor procedures and materials. I used a coat of sealer, followed by several coats of acrylic floor finish for a brilliant gloss. Cleaning is done with the usual ammonia-based floor cleaner(think Windex) After cleaning, to return the floor to a high shine, you can put down another coat of finish, or run a floor buffer over it(I still have the buffer and pads I used, if the buyer is interested, plus a lot of finish and other chemicals) The floor is assembled via a tongue and groove system with set screws. And can be built very quickly. It can be stored and transported on the usual carts for 3x3 panels. I bought it in March of 2013 and used fewer than a dozen times. And it is in excellent condition. It was in the house of a dancer for less than a year who was taking private lessons so it never saw heavy usage. However t here are a few snaps that are broken but it doesn't compromise the integrity of the floor in any noticeable way.

Black and White Liquid Dance Floor
Expressive Structures is a Chicago based Event Company supplying scenery and custom branded walls of any size to transform event space for Trade Shows and Corporate Events. We are selling our Black& White Liquid Floor which uses the Snap Lock subfloor system for quick and easy install and removal. Each tile is 3' x 3' x 3/4" thick and we are selling our inventory of 62 tiles which come in two road cases on wheels. 3' wide x 3' long x 37" tall- each case weighs 985 pounds, a $1,200 value) Shipping by a third party shipper is recommended. The tiles were manufactured in 2011 in China and have been out on rentals 7 times. They are in great condition with only minor wear on the anti-slip surface. Each 3'x3' ... moretile uses 9 snap lock 1'x1' tiles as a base which can be replaced when damage to the nubs or hoops occur. This lot includes an additional 46 brand new snap lock tiles- $137 value. A partial case of floor wax- $200 value, for maintaining the finish and 24 rolls of a special adhesive tape used to secure the Snap Lock tiles to the liquid flooring tiles- $180 value. We included a link to a video showing how Snap Lock flooring works at the end of this listing. Our system generally takes about an hour to install and 20 minutes to remove. To create a 21' wide x 24' long dance floor requires 56 tiles. Our most popular size has been 21' x 21' which uses 49 tiles. The floor comes with Snap Lock edging to taper the edge of the floor down at an angle to minimize trip hazards. This is a great system and a very fun element for any event. People are drawn over to play. Jump and dance as they experience the liquid moving around under their feet. These tiles can also be used for permanent installation as inlay elements for clubs, retail stores and restaurants. Metal containers are very handy, they have wheels and are easily moved. Many different uses. Can be put down in a restaurant, dance studio, garage or anything that needs a portable floor. Local pick up only, you need at least a pickup truck, but ramped box truck is best.

80 pcs of Snap Lock Dance Floor Edging
Here we have 80 pieces of Snap Lock Dance floor edging. It is in used but working condition. Most pieces look quite good a few have scratches or tape residue. You get: 4 corner pieces 20 of the loop pieces 56 if the flat pieces. These cost $1.89 plus shipping each so would cost you about $160. These are about 1/2 of that. I bought a floor. Sent away for these, took forever to get them, by the time I got them, I had sold the floor. They have been sitting in an unopened box for a couple of years. I thought they were new but looking at them obviously they aren't.
