Hollymatic is American made and manufactures the best products in the business. We bought this 6 months ago and have never even used it. If you were to buy this machine today brand new the cost would be $12.055.00 from an authorized Hollymatic dealer. Stand is also included! This machine is located in zip code 45169( Sabina OH) and we think it weighs close to 700-800 pounds so shipping is going to be expensive so if you can pick it up it would save you a bunch on shipping! This is an original grinder attachment for a commercial meat grinder. I am not sure what it fits. Most likely it fits a Biro. Butcher Boy or Hollymatic. It is made of American steel and includes the three parts shown. The cylinder end is 3 3/16" diameter which is the size#22. It is very heavy and does show some rust. If you have any questions drop me a note. The square drive is 1" and the cylinder housing is 2 3/4" round where it mounts into the machine. Very heavy part. This part will not fit Hobart.

Hollymatic 180A 10 HP 200lb Meat Mixer Grinder 52 Size Head Gemini option
This grinder was taken out of service and is in working condition. It has been tested and there is nothing wrong with it. The grinder was delivered from the factory in December 2011 and not put into service until 2012. It is only 3 years old. The grinder also has the Gemini attachment from the factory which allows it to be hooked to another grinder so the meat only has to be run through one time. This is very hard to find. Not many were made with this attachment. It can also be used as a stand alone grinder, I even have the plate to cover up the attachment hole. The only thing that makes this grinder look different from a brand new one is a small dent where the tub set screw was loose and the tub moved around. I have never seen one of these grinders that did not have these small dents.
