You can see some rust through the back cover, this is a piece of sheet stainless. The top half of the cover was missing when I got this, and it has been replaced with a machined piece of heavy gauge stainless. Works great. Motor runs nicely and sounds good, lid is in great shape, and has had the hinges welded up to fix some splitting from years of use, and the welding job was very nicely done. Moving parts all in good shape, including slide door, and the latch lock piece is there, and the wing nuts as well. The casters are not great, they do roll somewhat, but the bearings are corroded to the point that you won't want to have to move it around much, without replacement, but does roll as it ... moreis. Comes with a meat screen with 1/4 inch diameter holes. Will fit on a Hobart#4612 and a#4812. May also fit others. The square part of the drive shaft is 5/8 inch and fits right into my Hobart 4812 grinder. Ask any questions. Will ship only to the continental US. No returns.
