Vintage commercial grinder. This came out of an old country store. It is made by General Slicing Machine Co. Inc. New York. It has some rust on the hopper pan but we did just use it in processing venison. Motor is old school 1/3 HP that you can't stop. I put a whole back strap through this and it popped out some lean burger without slowing at all. I have 4 cutter knives and 3 plates. 2-3/16" plates and 1-1/2" plate. The plates are Seelbach plates(3/16) and VBW(½" The knives are Hubert#12#10& 10 and an etco. Has a reset button on back and 2 oil lids. If you have any questions just ask. Weighs around 50-60 pounds and is about 20" long all put together. The meat tray is 15"x10" and the throat is 2 1/4" across.
