This is my wife's and she did this for a hobby and is quitting. This is one of the best irons you can buy. Automatically maintains a constant tip temperature without having to make adjustments. Weller WSP80 wand/handle. It is missing the sleeve. I am including a new 4.6mm chisel tip. It kinda works. I melted solder using a sleeve and tip from another wand but sometimes the temp setting on the digital display on the solder station would jump around. I had the same problem with the other wand so I'm not sure if its the wand or station that is not stable. Selling as-is and may or may not work properly to be on the safe side.
