OKI Metcal BGA-3500 rework station
This is professional unit.Unlike china made BGA stations. Station is fully functional.All work excellent on it. I'm sell it because not work anymore with BGA repair. It come with Compaq Laptop and software. 11 different nozzles, one set of different suction cup's for lift BGA chip. One spare new top heater. Split vision system with camera and LCD monitor. Main unit have ext. for soldering iron but i not have it. Top heater is i think 300-350Watt and bottom have 2x750W heaters. This type of machine and with these configuration(spare parts and laptop+ spare top heater) can't be found below 9000-10000usd. I'm in Bosnia and item can be shipped with DHL.TNT,FedEx.
