This is a used but working switch. It has been tested for functionality by installing it into a working switch and simulating a loss of voltage. Then making sure it transfers to alternate source and back to normal source when it is restored. This unit is almost totally brand new. It only has 1 month of use(33 days) and since these units last 20 years. It is just like brand new. Cosmetically it is like new also. Please see pictures of the actual unit you will be recieving. The switch was used three times: Twice to test the generator, and once during a power outage for about 8 hours. The switch was always located within a conditioned space and is in perfect shape. 25kw Generac Generator, 281hrs. Good and clean, With transfer switch and manuals
I have a Generac generator that is 25kw and only has 281 hours on it. I have the transfer switch and manuals with it. It was taken out of a business and I was going to use it for my house but never did it. It says natural gas o the side but they told me it was using propane. I hooked it up to a propane cylinder and it will fire up but the connection I have is very small for a grill and it won't flow enough to stay running more than a second. The engine sounds fine when it does start though. No abnormal noises. It is pretty clean and has a tiny bit of surface rust on the platform and a scratch here and there on the tan box. The oil is clean in it also. If you have any questions please ask. It has to be picked up as its too big for me to ship. This is a warehouse stored automatic transfer switch for high power electric generators. Appears to be unused. No indications of fine scratches from hookups at power terminals. Plastic protectorate still covers the meters from environment. Super clean inside. RS-232 controller from your laptop or desktop. I do not have the software. But it is available online as are the manuals. I really don't know much about this auto xfer unit. It was purchased at auction and never used or hooked up with my two diesel generators, so I having to let it go. Good for 120/240/480 volt three phase generators automatic sense and switching. Good up to 150amps. I think, but another asset says 250 amps so I don't know for sure. Wire gauge is 1awg on all three conductor sets. Parts should be worth more then the asking price. Four Port Data Transfer Switch w/ 6 ft Cable This was my switch. My computer guru bought it for me and I had 2 printers hooked up for maybe 3-4 months.and then I stuck it in my office closet until now. To the best of my limited knowledge it's a 4-Port Data-Transfer Switch. It's a manual switch in a heavy/rugged metal enclosure. Works with Serial or Parallel communication. 4-Position Economy Rotary Data Switch. Five DB25 Female Ports. It is in very good overall condition with only a few tiny chips to the paint.all of which can be seen in the two pictures. Since it's been stored away for many years I'm selling it as-is but I certainly have no reason to believe it wouldn't work as it did when I unplugged it last. After all.it's not Christmas lights. no.
