Only used to extract about 50'through hole' i.c. chips from the PCB. the PIC chips were not programmed before they were stuffed into the PCB they were blank when they were stuffed and went through the wave soldering machine. Thus the PCB did not work. we extracted the chips, programmed them and hand soldered them back into the PCB. Comes with the Operations manual. This auction is for a very nice and expensive Weller HYC3000 Electrostatic Dissipative soldering station complete with EC-1503 iron and PH-1503 iron holder. The HYC3000 offers the ultimate in high output temperature control soldering irons. Tip temperature is controlled throughout the temperature range of 350F to 850F. Weller static dissipative soldering stations carry the science of hand soldering one level higher. These stations also have complete freedom from stored static charges that might be present on the tool handle or station housing. These units have been specifically designed for use at totally electrostatic free work stations. Now for the not so good news. This HYC3000 is complete, it powers up fine but in never heats up.
