I bought this unit with a bunch of the same that all had some sort of shipping damage. This one had a few parts missing and I took some minor stuff off it too. It is new! This was bought as a floor model by a friend of mine he said it was working fine for a few days then sat for 2 mouths went to go use it and now its not putting out power store would not return it as it was bought as is being it was a floor model I traded him somethings for it thinking I could get it working but can't I don't know if it's something serious of a easy fix when it's running the hour meter and control panel lights work there 120v but nothing out of the 120v outlets. Generac GP7500 Portable Generator. Serial number T57010120145725. Generator was purchased new in September 2011 as I can best recall. Can’t locate the invoice. I am the original owner. Unit has 8.2 hours on the meter. I ran it for about 3 hours during a power blackout. The rest of the run time has been test runs about every 6 months or so. Generator is in pristine condition and hasn’t even had the first oil change. I will change the oil before it sells and fire it up for a test run. Will also demonstrate it at pick up if requested. This generator was purchased for use as a backup generator for my house during power black-outs. It runs the whole house at about 50-60% capacity. It will run refrigerators, freezers, lights ceiling fans, air conditioning, washer, gas dryer, microwave oven– but, is not suited well to run electronics. That’s why ... moreit’s for sale. It has less than one hour usage and comes with what you see in the pictures. An oil and air filter, operating and parts manual, the cord and connectors to connect it to you home and 5, 5 gallon red plastic ... moregas cans. I wanted a generator that would keep the food cold in the refrigerator but also power the central air conditioner and the water heater if necessary. We've since moved into a condo and no longer have a need for it. This generator will power the water heater. Central air, dryer and oven at the same time. It is capable of over 70 amps! If you are looking for a generator that will keep up with any demand- this is the one you want. Normally a generator of this size is permanently mounted. This is the largest portable generator Generac makes. My thinking was that if I lost power after a storm for 4 or 5 days there will be heavy. Muggy air and no air conditioning not even a ceiling fan. I'm going to have to sleep at night and I don't know about you but when the air is thick and moist and it's 85 degrees in my bedroom I'm not going to sleep well at all. I can't open the windows- it's still raining. More importantly I have a wife and kids that can't sleep and that ain't fun if you know what I mean. You may get by for a night- maybe two but you read where some folks lose their power for 2 or 3 weeks. Try and find a generator when that happen
