This wheel will probably fit other units for which we don't have information. The dimensions are: Wheel outside diameter: 3" Shaft diameter: 1/2" Width(hub to hub) 1 1/8" If your bearings are hanging up. But not falling apart or too loose, try pulling them from the wheel. Use a small screwdriver to pry the bearings from the tire. You can make this easier by soaking them in hot water to soften the rubber. If there's lots of black junk in there, it may be possible to clean them. Wash thoroughly in soapy water, spinning them to remove any foreign material. Silverline Pro 8 Floor sander. This is one of the best floor sanders you can buy. It has plenty of power and it isnt too heavy to carry up a flight of steps. Cuts nice and evenly, drum has a nice pad on it. There is a slight crack in the base handle bracket which has been fixed with something. I checked with Silverline and a new piece is about $90 but it doesnt need one. Machine comes with a new dust bag, a small handle that holds the front cover open for transporting the machine, a drum wrench, and a 10 gauge cable that is about 25 feet long with a 30 amp male and female plug. This is a very nice used Silverline S-L-8 drum sander. It works quite nicely. The sandpaper drum is in excellent condition. It is not all tore up by nails. The edges are nice and crisp, and the cam lock springs have been recently replaced, so this unit will give many trouble free jobs. We are even including a 10 pack of 20 grit paper so you can start sanding right away. The only bad thing about this sander is someone had a loose piece of paper on it and sanded a hole through part of the housing(you can see it in the 4th picture) That can be covered by epoxying a piece of aluminum over it. Or rivet a piece on, or don't worry about it and use it the way it is. We can ship this freight anywhwere to a business location. Call for a quote. Galaxy Hardwood Floor Sander
I started my wood flooring co in 1992. Bought this Galaxy 506 Drum model brand new at that point. Used it every day from 92 through 2006. When I purchased a new Hummul. Since 2006 the Galaxy has been used very very little. I'll still use it from time to time when I have an old floor that has been previously finished with that old gummy shalac or varnish. periodically I would use it for painted floors as well, where this machine would and will rip through anything. Recently it has been serviced and has a brand new balanced drum and new belts. That's all it needed. No cords available with this machine. I do have a brand new bag that goes with it.
