SUPERB VICTORIAN ANTIQUE RAILWAY PULLMAN CARRIAGE LAMP 1870 STEAM TRAIN ENGINE This is a great VICTORIAN ANTIQUE RAILWAY PULLMAN CARRIAGE TABLE LAMP 1870 In my estimation it dates from around the mid 19th Century. Circa 1860-188 0. But please make up your own mind about this. The pullman lamp measures approx 12 inches(305mm) tall. It is made from brass throughout. It would originaly have been mounted on the dining table of a pullman railway carriage. This partucular lamp has more ornate feet than the more common type. It is in good condition with light wear consistent with its great age. But no damage. there is a small braised repair(barely noticable) to one leg(see photo 3) It is fitted with a bayonet clip type. UK bulb holder, and is unwired, and would need to be rewired by a qualified electrician before it can be used. 2 Vtg P&H Pat'd 1918 All Spark Plugs 7/8" Antique automobile Hit Miss Gas Engine
Matched Pair of antique P&H spark plugs Mfg'd by Sam Hantsch& Son from Binghamton. NY. These appear to have been used, the one has some wrench slip marks on the smaller hex. These were both tested and do produce good strong spark, pretty cool how the spark jumps back and forth across the bar. These have a 7/8" thread. Both have their washer and both have boxes, 1 has a paper inside. There are no cracks or chips to the porcelain. The boxes both have flaps missing on the one end and tears, both are marked NASH with an ink stamp, but i am not certain if thats what these were for since i have several of these same boxes but some had different spark plugs in them. I bought these to make a 3 wheeled cart for the Grandson's Maytag. But he had ideas of his own, so I am listing them. The rear wheels are 7 inches in dia and 1 1/2 inches wide. The bar axle is 28 inches long and I planned to shorten it a bit. The front caster is 4 inches in dia and I left the strap on it so you could weld to a frame of your own design. weight is about 28 lbs. 1944 John Deere Model E 1 ½ HP Hit and Miss Antique Gas Engine
Up for sale is a barn find John Deere hit miss engine. When I got this engine it had a stuck exhaust valve. Took it apart and was surprised how nice the internals were. All springs are in good condition except for the one for the fuel mixture screw. There is an old Crack in casting which doesn't effect the engine. It will need a new gas tank and the mag tested. This would make a good survivor engine or a fun restoration project. There are no visible cracks to the cylinder or water jacket. Located 20 min east of Philadelphia PA. This is a nice JD model E 3hp gas engine. I am selling the motor for a friend and he said it ran great when it was put into storage a few years ago and shouldn't take much to get it running again. The original gas tank is rusted out and will need a new tank. The guy that I'm selling it for just hooked up a different tank to run it. He had the motor stored in his barn and it was always dry in there and he kept them lubed and always turned them over from time to time. He is selling it because he has other interests now and is down sizing his collection a little bit. Fairbanks Morse Model 208 Antique Hit & Miss Gas Engine! Turns Over W/ Flywheels
This Is A Very Nice Old One Cylinder Engine That Was Recently Taken Out Of Service In The Oilfield& Replaced With An Electric Motor! It is a Fairbanks Morse Model Number 208& it still has good compression when the flywheels are turned over by hand. It is missing the magneto and carburetor but another carburetor is included as pictured. This engine could very possibly be in good running order. However, I have no way to guarantee that. What you see is what you are getting! We will not ship this engine so it will need to be picked up here at our yard.
