I have 4 Boy injection mold machines for sale. I have to list them as for parts not working. The Boy 15s machine was a good running machine and I was moving it and it slid of the forks onto its side and damaged some hoses and switches. I don't think it would take much to get it back up and running. All of the 22s machines are missing the screws and barrels. I have a lot of parts that goes along with these machines so there might be enough to get them all back up and running. I can email you a bunch more photos of everything just ask. This auction is for 1 used Boy 15S Plastic Injection Molding Machine with 5x8 Master Unit Die Base(MUD) in working condition. We have only cycled this machine a few times and everything seemed to work but it does have a few hydraulic leaks. 1 there's a leak on one of the carriage cylinders and there is a leak near the motor. See pictures. The leak at the carriage cylinder will have to be fixed before it can be used. We will include the seals for the carriage cylinder but we haven't determined where the leak is around the motor. We were told that it is a 1 ounce machine and that it has a 24 ton intensifier cylinder option installed. Comes complete with manual. No hopper is included with the machine. Boy 1984 30M molding machine
Machine was working until about a month ago. Now it's not holding clamping pressure which as per Boy Machines diagnosis over email. It's probably either the seals in the clamping unit or the intensifier. Besides that, the machine ran ok for soft materials. It couldn't run nylon for the last several years. The screw and or barrel would probably need to be resurfaced or replaced to do so. Regardless, I don't even have enough business for my other machine, so I'm selling this one as a parts machine. The mother board alone is worth at least a couple thousand dollars as Boy no longer repairs these. You are welcome to see it under power to verify that all is working except what I've described. We can load it onto an open bed truck at no charge. Must be open bed.

BOY Plastic Injection Molding Machines
This listing consists of the following: Two 15 ton BOY plastic injection molding machines. Assorted spare parts including screw and barrel, hydraulic knock-out, electrical and mechanical components. The first machine shown with a hopper mounted and a red sign on the panel is a working machine but does need some work. Last time I ran it there was a small oil leak in one of the cylinders along the side of the screw motor. Also. There is a timing problem that I believe is a related to a limit switch. This machine was running parts for a long time. But due to its age and the nature of my work, I have had to upgrade to a new machine. I cannot sell it as a plug and play machine because it does require some work to be done. The second machine shown with no hopper mounted is a parts machine only. It does not run at all. It has a lot of useful parts ... morefrom top to bottom and inside the electrical panel. I have used parts from it from time to time to keep the other machine running. One photo shows the extra barrel and screw. A modified extended height hopper, a used extra cylinder rod and piston, hydraulic knock-out, two large hydraulic valve solenoids, and a extra limit switch. The photo of the open drawer shows an assortment of electrical parts. Cables, relays, etc. The two machines. Spare mechanical parts and electrical parts are being sold as is and is one lot. I will palletize. Strap and wrap for shipment but you must arrange for your own freight with lift gate.
