Arburg Vertical Adaptors (set of 2) for Injection Units - 221 Series Machines
Arburg- Vertical Adaptors for Injection Unit. These are used on the 221 series machines(28 ton and 40 ton) to put the injection unit vertical for parting line injection or horizontal(if you have Allrounder Clamp) for insert molding. The inside diameter(where the injection unit rail shafts slide into) 1.580 inches or 40mm diameter. I got these from a company that went out of business. But I no longer have any molding machines. I replaced all of the screws because some were missing and the other were really beat up. ARBURG. Lossburg Germany- C4b Allrounder Injection Molding Machine- these are pneumatic controlled machines used for both very small part production and sampling. The allrounder allows the user to set the clamp unit horizontal or vertical so that you can do insert molding and parting line injection. They are very easy to set-up and operate, and I have made many production parts on these. The machine has been completely re-built. All control functions(semi-auto/ auto/ manual) work perfectly, and the control unit is standard 120v. You connect to standard air pressure(min 80 psi at 8-10 cu/ft) and you are ready to go. I will include some small mold frames that I built for this machine that can be used to produce other parts, and some plastic resin to start molding today.
