Due to me closing my business down I am selling my Taylor C712 which is the best spec available; Pump Fed- rather than gravity fed) this allows you to customise the'over run' by adjusting the amount of air put into the ice cream or frozen yogurt mix. Ie the more air added to the mix the more servings you can do. Water Cooled- these machines run much quieter than their fan cooled counterparts. They are also thinner and do not require ventilation space either side. 3 Phase Power- this the most reliable version as opposed to single phase This is the same type of machine that all the big chain use in their restaurants. I personally went through the parts inventory, parts are 100% complete, we replaced a couple worn looking parts and they are still in their factory package. Whoever the lucky buyer is, my suggestion is to have a Taylor technician install the unit.
