This machine makes 2 quarts of Ice cream. Gelato, or Italian ice in about 12 minutes. We bought it used to make ice cream for farmers market, but soon got a 24 quart machine. It is in almost new condition and sat in storage most of its life. We have the original box from when the previous owner bought it new. It has probably only made 20 batches in its life.
