So it wouldn't get too hot in the store or where we had it and didn't have to worry like the air cooled. THESE ARE SINGLE PHASE UNITS. NOT 3 PHASE. We bought this unit along with 4 other ones BRAND NEW from Taylor in September of 2010. Used from pretty much 2011 until mid 2014.
