There is some wear to the agitator. As seen, it does spin fine, and doesn't bind at all. Some might choose to replace it, but it works just fine as it is, no detraction from the performance of the machine, This is normal wear and they do all wear as such. No reason to be concerned, just wanted to point it out as it isn't easy to see in the pictures. It is also missing the clear plastic cover over the input hopper.
