Taylor 8756 Soft Serve Machine This auction is for one Taylor Y7856-27 in good physical condition. This is a single phase(208-230V) Water cooled, high-capacity pressurized(pumped) soft serve machine. Two flavor with twist. The big issue with this machine is that one of the beater motors has been removed. Other than that, it needs the front label that covers the buttons. The freezer cylinders are in excellent condition, the beaters are in good shape, the pumps look very good. It has all of its side covers. The inside of the machine looks pretty clean. This unit has an H8 serial number, but looks like it probably had a full rebuild at some point not too long ago- check out how clean the lower compartment is. I was told that the motor was the only issue, but since I have not tested it myself, I am selling it as-is, untested. Feel free to ask ... moreany questions. I have three Taylor 8756 pressurized soft serve Machines. All are three phase units. H7-H9 serial#s. They are all in excellent cosmetic shape. Mechanically speaking- One or more of these may have bad compressors on one side but the other side was last reported working. All removable parts appear included but this can not be verified(they are down below unit in storage base) I am offering these for local pickup/ inspection only and I would hope that these are going to someone who repairs/ fixes taylor machines to get these running and either make some real nice money for yourself or use them. these machines are sold AS IS. FEATURES Freezing Cylinder Two. 3.4 quart(3.2 liter) Refrigerated Mix Storage Cabinet Lower front mix cabinet is independently refrigerated to maintain mix below 41ºF(5ºC) Door is hinged on the right. Two, 9 gallon(34.1 liter) mix tanks. Two air/mix pumps deliver the precise amount of air and mix to the freezing cylinder. Indicator Lights Mix Low light alerts the operator to add mix. When the Mix Out light flashes, the unit shuts down automatically to prevent damage. Electronic Controls Finished product quality is monitored by Softech™ controls that measure viscosity of the product. 3 Phases water cooled the machine was removed from my restaurant and works fine.

Up for sale is a very nice Taylor Model# 8756 Soft Serve Machine. This is a very clean and sound machine. It is a water cooled unit. It operates on 230 volt single phase power. This unit has been well maintained and has provided us with a very reliable source of ice cream for our ice cream shop. It makes great soft serve and has a refrigerated lower area to maintain quality product. This will include the original larger tubs that hold the mix with the cover and the pouring spouts. I also have the owners manual for this unit and a few extra parts we will include. We used the smaller containers just to show the piping better. This has been a work horse for us and it is built to last! This will be listed for local pick-up only. Buyer can make arrangements for shipping if needed.
