I kept one of the old machines to use at another shop. I decided to sell my other shop. This machine. In my opinion, makes a better soft serve than the new C713 machines. The C713's top loading feature is what makes it better than the C794's bottom loading. The Taylor service man man told me I needed a new compressor and it would cost me $800.00. All the maintenance was done by Taylor service techs located at 6525 E. Washington in the city of Commerce. They should have all the service records. The serial number is H6014490. Soft serve ice cream, custard or sorbet. I've owned these machines for over ten years with great success. But I'm now closing down my family frozen yogurt shop of 30 years and have no use for them. I used to own three Electro Freeze 88TN machines before I bought these for $40,000 from Electro Freeze in Corona, CA(now Superior Freezers, but they still service Electro Freeze machines) and the experience was like night-and-day: really simple parts breakdown/assembly for cleaning and the yogurt comes out very creamy and solid unlike gravity-fed machines. The head unit has the swirl dispenser in the middle, so you can twist two flavors into one.
