The Varian high vacuum flange has 6 fittings. The Varian secures to the top of the Fabco cylinder with the 4 corner screws. The Fabco model number is MP3x1-2-1-RF-WF. With the top and bottom brackets. Cylinder and Varian valve it measures 14" high and 3.5" square. It measures 5.25" from inlet to outlet on the cylinder. The tie rods that surround the cylinder are 2.75" from center to center on both sides. Two stages extend and 1 stage retracts. The mounting is rear facing. Mounting is rod end only.
