Phenix, Bullard, MSA metro style helmet but I cant find a manufactures name on it. The shield is made by Paulson Mfg. Corp. and flips up and down. It also snaps in to a locked position when down. The shield has scratches but still has decent visibility. Helmet has dirt and scratches but doesn't look like its been used in a fire. Interior has foam padding. Leather ear and neck protection and chin strap. The helmet is not adjustable so here are the interior head band measurements: 8" front to back. 6 1/2" side to side, Aprox. 22" circumference. This is a Bullard Firedome II Fire Helmet Model FH-2100. Date of manufacture 5-1-89. Lot# 050189. There are some scratches and cracks in the upper part of the clear plastic face shield. In the last two pictures I'm trying to show a 3" long scratch or surface crack in the plastic helmet. As you can see in the pictures the rest of the helmet is in excellent condition and has hardly been used. Adjustable size 6 1/2 to 8. Weight 49 oz. Any questions please ask.

Bullard Model LT Red Fire Helmet, Face Shield, Ear/Neck Protection Mfg 2010
This Bullard Model LT fire helmet is in great condition. The ear/neck protector fabric is in the helmet. And the face shield is included. There are some minor scratches but no excessive wear except the knob on one side of the face shield is broken and the piece you turn it with is gone. You can still get to the nut, but you need to use a wrench or nut driver instead of being able to turn the knob with your hand. The chin strap is a bit fuzzy, but works fine. The date of manufacture is 1/29/2010. The reflective tape is yellow, although the camera flash makes it look white in places. Please see my other listings. A WORN BUT SOLID HARD HAT. A well worn… Model T McDonald Aluminum Hard Hat stamped“mine safety appliances co” once used in the mines. Oilfield, construction and forest… anywhere something could fall on your head. The new ones now are all plastic but not this one… this one is a real macho hard hat and/or helmet… made of real metal… not sure on the date. The details: No major dings or dents and no holes Actual weight is about ¾ lbs and shipping weight is 2 lbs. May be vintage… not sure Some dark stuff on the inside… perhaps dried tar from road construction… not sure and did not try to remove it It has been painted white The headband size adjustment is broken and one side of the strap is broken in 1 of 2 places… see pics Other than the broken straps the interior bindings look good and are still soft& pliable Adjustable head band… not ... moresure of the exact range but it looks like about a size 6 to 8… could be a little more or less but it’s stamped The head band is removable but I haven’t tried it It’s made McDonald and stamped“ McDONALD T HAT-STANDARD MINE SAFETY APPLIANCE COMPANY” The headband is held in place by 4 metal clips that slid over rivets so it’s completely removable and adjustable for a comfy fit Note… I have one like this and taped up the plastic headband pieces and it’s wearable… but you can’t wear it as it is now unless you remove the damaged piece and go with a small headband size Overall. I’d say it’s in very good used condition… with the exceptions noted above. I cannot tell you if it was actually ever worn, however, I will say there are only a few scuff marks.
