Phenix, Bullard, MSA metro style helmet but I cant find a manufactures name on it. The shield is made by Paulson Mfg. Corp. and flips up and down. It also snaps in to a locked position when down. The shield has scratches but still has decent visibility. Helmet has dirt and scratches but doesn't look like its been used in a fire. Interior has foam padding. Leather ear and neck protection and chin strap. The helmet is not adjustable so here are the interior head band measurements: 8" front to back. 6 1/2" side to side, Aprox. 22" circumference. In the last two pictures I'm trying to show a 3" long scratch or surface crack in the plastic helmet. Bullard Model LT Red Fire Helmet, Face Shield, Ear/Neck Protection Mfg 2010
This Bullard Model LT fire helmet is in great condition. The ear/neck protector fabric is in the helmet. And the face shield is included. There are some minor scratches but no excessive wear except the knob on one side of the face shield is broken and the piece you turn it with is gone. You can still get to the nut, but you need to use a wrench or nut driver instead of being able to turn the knob with your hand. The chin strap is a bit fuzzy, but works fine. The date of manufacture is 1/29/2010. The reflective tape is yellow, although the camera flash makes it look white in places. Please see my other listings. Up for auction is an used Cairns 1044 Defender. The helmet is in good condition overall. I used it for about 8 months on the job. And then got a job where a helmet is provided. This helmet has the flip down safety glasses which are in good condition. It does have some black marks on it, mostly on the back where my helmet band rubbed on it, it may come off some elbow grease. When I was inspecting it I found a small surface crack under the front brim, the crack does not go all the way through, in fact as I look at it more it appears to just be a crack finish of the plastic.
