Fire Helmet w/ Face Shield - Fire, Rescue, FD,EMS - unknown make/model - used
Yellow Fire Helmet with Face Shield- Fire. Rescue, FD, EMS- unknown make/model- used. My guess is that it was manufactured in the 1980's. It weighs about 2 lbs. Looks like Cairns. Phenix, Bullard, MSA metro style helmet but I cant find a manufactures name on it. The shield is made by Paulson Mfg. Corp. and flips up and down. It also snaps in to a locked position when down. The shield has scratches but still has decent visibility. Helmet has dirt and scratches but doesn't look like its been used in a fire. Interior has foam padding. Leather ear and neck protection and chin strap. The helmet is not adjustable so here are the interior head band measurements: 8" front to back. 6 1/2" side to side, Aprox. 22" circumference. Crains Helmet Model 360S White, FDNY, Fire, EMS, Paramedic, Rescue
You are bidding on a used Crains Helmet model 360S. This helmet is white in color and has reflective tape on it as well as a reflective title"chief" on the side. Helmet has removable eye shield. Cloth head protector, ring to hook on to, and plastic attachment on front to add a traditional shield. This was manufactured in 2000 according to the label. I cannot tell you if it was actually ever worn, however, I will say there are only a few scuff marks.
