This is a hear exchanger I used for heating our domestic hot water with a out door wood boiler. It was used for 2 weeks will the county cane and told us we went allowed to use it. ridiculous. They call it" your property" when you pay the taxes but won't let you do anything) I don't know the btu but this would easily heat all of our hot water. It would keep up with the shower. Dish washer and the clothes washer at the same time even when I purposely tried to run the water out. I gave $300 for this so its not a cheap one. It's like new hundred percent no leaks. I sold the wood boiler now I'm selling this.
