Alfa Laval titanium plate heat exchanger 82 square feet
This unit was purchased by our company used. During rebuild was discovered titanium plates would not work for our application. Unit was stripped to the plates. All plates were pressure washed and cleaned. Gaskets were removed for cleaning and to replace any in poor condition. When we found that this would not work for our chilling application, heat exchanger was re-boxed, and has remained on the racks since. Rebuild with amount of plates to your specifications. Up to 82 square feet, any more and you will need to purchase additional plates. If you need less than 82sf of plates, there may be enough gaskets as-is. On rebuild we tore only a few gaskets.
