I know nothing abt these. Orig 7" x 2 1/2" x 2 1/2" box says DeVilbiss No 15"for spraying the nose and throat with oils or aqueous solutions" pat' 1916 and 1909. From Toledo Ohio. The box is split and has had tape added. The rubber squeezer is still very pliable and the frame has a 1909 pat'd on the neck. The glass looks to be hand blown and is turning purple. Satisfaction guarenteed and free ship.

It is essentially new in the box. Doesn't look like it was ever used. Or perhaps it was used gently. Although the box has some definite wear. Neat piece. Some of the box paper has come off on the bulb. Should be easy to clean up. Corks appear original and are intact. Rubber is showing signs of age. But not wear. Cool little collectible.
