BEFORE YOU BUY ANY ULTRASOUND. UNDERSTAND THAT IT'S ALL ABOUT THE PROBES(TRANSDUCERS) AND ENTIRE SOFTWARE PACKAGE, INCLUDING GENERAL SOFTWARE REVISION, CALCS PACKAGE AND SOFTWARE OPTIONS PACKAGE. Any machine that does not display evidence of all of these contingencies should never be purchased by anyone other than a repair facility. Probes are delicate. About 40% of probes need repair after a machine has seen five years of use. Not knowing the software package means that you could accidentally buy a machine that's not suited for your practice or you could face other problems, like not having DICOM. As stated in the above condition description. This ultrasound is in excellent condition. It is suited(has internal CALCS for) any purpose- Cardiac, Vascular, Prenatal, etc. but it is currently best suited for gynecological and osbtetrics ... morepurposes, since this machine comes with a curved array(for abdominal scans) and an endo-vaginal array, which speaks for itself.
