Item was used in our office and is good working condition. There is some slight wear on handle and head. But nothing very noticeable. Unit has a nice solid metal feel. Unit can be charged using a Welch& Allyn charging station. Unit has recently had light bulb and battery replaced with authentic Welch& Allyn parts. Battery still holds a good charge.
