I put my keys in for 10 minutes and they were very noticeably cleaner afterward. So I believe the unit is operating properly. The chemical dispenser is working properly also. The bath heats and the temperature is adjustable. I was able to get it to maintain a max. of 53C in our about 75F warehouse. The unit is adjustable from at least 1-15 minutes run time and possibly more. From everything that I have tested I believe that the unit is in good working order.
