This comes exactly as shown and includes power cord and Nellcor branded 9-pin cable shown. The exterior sleeve of the cable is pushed back a bit on one side, exposing the wires inside. This is merely cosmetic ... moreand all of the wires are still intact. This can easily be fixed with a bit of electrical tape. I was able to test this machine with a working finger sensor and the machine works fine. There is no finger sensor included and there is no battery installed.
