There are two empty slots in the case, I think both were for holding sheaths or tips. But I have no experience with these and cannot claim they are flawless. The Ophthalmoscope seems to be fine, but the Otoscope seems a bit loose at joints, but does turn on. I'd rather just add that in as a freebie as apposed to toss it. The handles are in excellent condition. The battery looks fine but I cannot verify if that is still good. A box with replacement bulbs, and another attachment I believe to look into the eye but am not an expert. The unit does not appear to be in working order and I have not attempted to repair or modify it from its current condition. The print is printed on a card stock type material which is quite flexible. It is taped to a white matt board which was framed at one point but the frame was destroyed when it fell of the wall during the Northridge Earthquake. The Print itself besides a few stains and minor discoloration here and there is in great condition for its age. This was made by a medical company and not handmade but the back shows no makers mark. Still the piece is original as I believe there was a card made for each letter of the alphabet. 11 in Height by 14 inches in length.
