This kit would be great for a medical student or perhaps a doctor who makes house calls. This is original. USA made, Welch Allyn high quality ophthalmoscope/otoscope kit. As shown on photographs, it comes with a case, 4 different light bulbs, and 2 heads(one for otoscope and one for ophtalmoscope) My guess would be that most likely it was never used or perhaps was used a few times only.
