This Otoscope/Ophthalmoscope works well. It is just missing the front knob. The heads work great and shove as bright as the day they were bought. The ophthalmoscope head is in good condition and functions as it should. All this should need to be functional again is a new otoscope head and the knob. I suspect it is under 5$ for a new knob. It recently came from a medical office that is upgrading their systems. All the other devices in this lot had a"next maintenance date" of September 2014. Which shows they have been maintained.
