Basically a cone having a small lens at the pointee end, and a Graflex Graflok 4X5 taking end. Note that the back has both a ground glass and the Fresnel lens. Sorry, I bought it many years ago without the flip-up hood, so no hood. Back is genuine Graflok, so there's some $85+. Little lens looks okay, but can't really see to test. When I point it outside, I do get an almost clear image on the ground glass, but not thoroughly fiddled with. The cone rotates and has a lock knob, and you can see the two white dots now lined up below the Nikon monikker. Two threaded studs are on each side. Nice Nikon black enamel, for sure.
