This unit is in good cosmetic condition but I was not able to test it due to lack of power supply. Unit is from a university surplus. I used a 9 and a 12 colt dc power supply to test it but nothing comes on and i dont know what voltage of power supply it takes. The lamp comes with the unit bu it has a totally different power source. it has a lumina scanning system and nikon dx-d82 35mm camera. No cosmetic issue other than regular wears. no cracks or or gross mark. Once again i tried to power this up with 2 DC power supplies and i got nothing. So make no assumptions. you may have to fix this or just add the correct power supply. As it stands this is sold as-is. We make no guarantees of functionality. Nikon 82249 Twin Eyepiece 8x-40x Zoom Microscope, GWO.
This is a Nikon twin lens microscope in good working order. It has obviously seen some use but works well and gives great magnification and good sharp images from the 8x-40x zoom lens. The eyepieces are x10 and one has a bruise to the edge which although quite visible is well off the main area of view. This is a quality microscope and must have cost a lot of money when new. Up for auction is a Nikon Labophot-2 Microscope for Parts or Repair. This unit did not power on so we are selling AS-IS for parts. The unit looks to be in good cosmetic condition with a few subtle scratches and scuffs. The lens on the left eye piece has a subtle scratch you can see when holding up to light.
