This is a used Leitz Wetzlar M Mount Microscope Attachment. I'm not sure if it's working correctly or what it should do as we got it with a Leica MD body. It appears to be in fairly good condition for its age. The mount, eyepiece and the optics are all clean. It is supplied with the original Gossen Microsix-L lightmeter/sensor, this is in very used condition as it looks like it has been stuck to something at some point as the body is well used. Matched Wild Heerbrugg(Leica) 10X21 Eyepieces from Stereo Microscope Up for auction are paired Wild Heerbrugg 10X21 eyepieces from a used M3 stereomicroscope that I purchased seven years ago from a Canadian Ebay seller. One eyepiece has adjustable. The other fixed focus. They fit 30mm. tubes. The microscope was obviously well cared-for by the previous owner. Both pieces have clear optics. The glass coatings appear undisturbed and clear. The adjustable eyepiece's focusing movement is easy and smooth. Its retention screw is undamaged and turns easily. I have never used these eyepieces because I prefer to use various 30mm eyepieces from Wild surgical microscopes for my work.

All knobs rotate smoothly for easy adjustment and everything appears to operate as it should.

Very nice inverted DIC microscope. Unlike many"DIC" microscopes listed on ebay. This one actually has DIC optics. Includes DIC prism"A" and"K6" N Plan 10x objective, N Plan 5x Objective, polarizer with wave plate, ICT analyzer, 10x Leica objectives, ergo tube, Bertrand lens, 100 watt illumination, universal condenser with S70 condenser. All in good condition. The eyepieces have some wear on outside metal, and the polarizer has a slight bit of delamination on the very periphery that does not affect to functionality of the microscope.

Leica MDa MINT - new condition in original box - medical camera microscope
Leica is the collector's camera. But if you're looking at this listing you probably know more about this funky little camera than I do. It was made as a medical camera to take pictures with a microscope. But photographers use it for a number of other purposes. I believe this one was made in the 70's based on the serial number. The Leica MDa catalog# 10103 first issued at serial number 1 159 001 in 1966 and ended at 1 412 550 in 1976. It has the same basic outline as the Leica M4 with a crancked film rewind with folding angle. A build in automatic film counter and 2 flash sockets but with no view/range finder and as its predecessor the Leica MD no delayed action and no frame selectors levers. It was basically intended for use with the Visoflex housing for scientific and industrial applications and for instrumental works. Normally, a fixed focus Summaron 35mm f 2.8 lens to the German and some other telephone companies for meter recording, they are so called Post Cameras. 217 of them were produced in 24x27 format. Leica Leitz trinocular microscope head w/ 2 ea. 10x eyepieces trinoc Dialux This came off of a Dialux 20. It may fit onto other similar models. Mounts via a round dovetail that is about 42 mm in diameter. All the mechanics on this piece are a little stiff. This includes the prism changeover knob and interpupillary distance adjust. But both do move and may get better with more use. I'll leave it up to the operator if they want to disassemble either or both and relubricate- which is certainly possible. There is a knob on the left that I believe can be turned to block stray light from coming through the eyepieces. This apparently does not work and again. I'll leave it up to the operator is they want to disassemble and repair. The optic are in decent condition. There is a small amount of haze in the eyepiece prisms which is normal for ... morea head this old. This is a Leica DMRB microscope set up for transmission microscopy. Recently cleaned and checked out so everything works as it should. It has a phase condenser but only the 10X objective is a phase type. This objective does produce very nice phase contrast enhancement so the purchaser may desire to add additional phase objectives which occasionally appear on ebay. Additionally. Four fluorescence cubes are included in the four position turret above the objectives. However at this time this microscope lacks the light control module and HBO light source to allow proper florescence microscopy( these are also occasionally sold on ebay) Optics are in good condition, no scratches or damaged lenses. This is made in Germany and in excellent condition, though I cannot verify actual shutter speeds. This device is known as the Mikas, or Micro-Ibso. Do a little internet research and you'll find a bit more about it. This comes with the standard ⅓ tube. Two shutter release cables(these are rock solid, and you cannot find anyone making cables like this anymore! and a peculiar device to press both shutter releases simultaneously. Obviously the second one is for the camera you might use. Based on other photos on the internet it looks like I've also included some kind of microscope objective lens. We have tested it looking at diamonds and it works great. Lens are clear with no scratches. Adjusting knobs all work properly. Crystal clear results when viewing. The lens are Leica 10x/23– bi lens. Zoom works great. As does the table adjustment. Rotates as it should with no problems found or noted. The white light and black light both work with no issues noted. The plastic knobs do show some stains from previous use with red clay or mud. Red clay/mud/dirt from Oklahoma stains- Not really bad- just noting. This was used for oil and gas in Oklahoma.
