Most of the components are still sealed in their original bags and were never opened. Paperwork on the unit shows it was certified on January 8. 2009. The unit powers on perfectly. It passes it's internal self-test. Once powered on you can hear the internal pump operate as it should. The unit is sold with a working guarantee, it may need to be recalibrated before use with new consumables. A calibration bottle is included, although the label states that it's best used before January 2012(so you may want to get a new bottle if you need certifiable results) Otherwise, it looks to be in great condition with no defects to report.
