It's used to detect dangerous gasses, and this one comes with two extra sensors. I looked up the sensors and found that one of them detects Acetylene, Acetaldehyde, Ethanol, Methanol, Vinyl Chloride and more. The other senses Styrene, Iso-Butene, Acrylonitrile, Diethyl Ether, and others. I can't test this unit as the battery is dead. looks like a rechargeable battery, I don't have the charger.
