This is a Shimano Airlines Shifting System model AR01- this is not a complete kit. Although majority of the system is included except for the rear gears/sprockets. You can probably just integrate this using your existing rear gears as long as you have 7 of them(this is a seven speed shifter) Regardless, you might find this a great opportunity to pick up spare parts for this unit as they are hard to come by given that this was a limited edition product from Shimano. These sets were designed for downhill racers given the limited gears(7) and no front derailleur(although there's no reason you couldn't use a legacy cable shifter for the front derailleur) There's plenty of reviews on the internet regarding usage.
