Rotometer Porter Instrument Co, 1/8" NPT 0-6 SCFH
This rotometer came from an unused control panel which I have stripped down. It has never been in any process service. The body is labeled"Bendix" but it was made by Porter Instrument Company. The tube is labeled 0-6 SCFH Air at STP and B-353. The connections are 1/8" NPT and each has a 1/8" MNPT x!4" SS tubing adapter as the photo shows. They are Gyrolok fittings. A pair of'shorty' 5.5"x 1"x 1" flowmeters with forged aluminum body and borosilicate glass metering tubes(a 6" ruler was added to the picture to aid scaling) The metering tube is covered by an easily removable clear polycarbonate protective cover. The tube is also easily removed for cleaning or replacement of the metering ball. I believe these both have a glass ball. The tubes are calibrated for 1- 5 liters/min of air@ 14.7 PSIA and 70 deg F.
